Take I-64W via left exit toward Richmond
Take exit 278/Chesapeake Blvd.

From the Eastern Shore:
Take US-13 S (Partial toll road).
Turn Right onto Shore Dr.
Turn left onto E. Little Creek Rd.
Follow E. Little Creek Rd. to the Atlas Building (1600 E. Little Creek Rd), on the right.

From Portsmouth:
Take I-64W toward Richmond.
Take exit 278/Chesapeake Blvd.
At second light, make a right onto East Little Creek Road.

Take I-664 S
Take Exit 15A to 264E toward Portsmouth/Norfolk.

From the Peninsula:
Take I-64 East through the Hampton Tunnel.
Take Exit 277B/Tidewater Dr. N.
Turn right onto Tidewater Dr.
Turn right onto East Little Creek Road.

From Elizabeth City:
Take US 17 N to I-64 W toward Richmond/Airport
Take Exit 278/Chesapeake Blvd.

From the Outer Banks:
Take N Carolina 12 N
Turn right onto N Carolina 158 W
Continue onto 168 N (Partial Toll Road).
